Texas I thought your page was great and I am in the process of creating one myself. I do have a concern though that leads to a question? Why does your article 'Is the doctrine called Sola Scriptura Biblical' contradict your article 'What must I do the become truly saved?'? You go to great lengths to declare how we can trust the Bible solely and that we should follow it solely but you don't follow it solely in regards to the steps of salvation. You have everything correct up until you reach step three then your article is shot down by your other article. If you intend to use the entire Bible in your article on Salvation then you don't need to leave out other scriptures that include other steps on salvation. I am talking about Baptism. How many times is Baptism mentioned in regards to Salvation? The answer: as many times as faith is mentioned in regards to Salvation more times than confessing. Baptism isn't just a sign of ones faith but it is also a step of salvation. You say in step four that Baptism is a a outward signification of the inward cleansing by the Spirit but where is this said in the Bible. It doesn't. I Peter 3:21 says The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh but the answer of a good conscience toward God ) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: It says that 'baptism also now saves us' but it doesn't just say that it is just a sign of our salvation.
Mark 16:16 was a command by Jesus to baptise for salvation Acts 2:38 reflected how when the people recieved God's that the apostles carried out the command of Jesus for salvation. I Peter says that baptism is a physical act which doesn't affect us physically but rather spiritually. Is baptism an act of faith? Sure it is but so is confessing and baptism is also a part of God's plan for salvation on par with all of the other steps. You use the words 'illustration' and 'signification'

Please pray for somebody named Megan. You can pray specifically for her salvation and for spiritual guidance. I would appreciate it (Hebrews 6:10).

Pennsylvania USA Greetings in the Name of Lord Jesus the Christ! Well it is finally hot in our neck of the woods; my kind of weather. It may be a bit uncomfortable but it sure beats freezing. John 17: 17 'Thy word is Truth' Truth is that the Word of God does not soundeth foolish. From death he did rise and will come again. Move on with him now to be ready for then.
